Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery

Our UK orders are typically packed and sent out on a Monday and Friday by Royal Mail. We expect them to arrive with you within 3–5 working days under normal circumstances. Orders placed on a Friday may not be processed until the following Monday. All delivery charges are calculated and displayed at the checkout.

Every limited edition print is hand printed to order. Therefore, please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery on these items.

We calculate our delivery rates per order, based on number of items and their respective weights/size. We offer First and Standard Class Delivery options.

We are unfortunately unable to deliver to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and International addresses at present.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible to designby.emmaturner@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has started processing purchases cannot be cancelled or modified. All cancellations or order modifications are subject to a £5 administration charge. Once the order is delivered, to make a return, please follow the return instructions set out below.

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return a purchase for any reason, please keep all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email. We will process a refund onto the original card used to pay for the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods in an acceptable condition as described above. Please note that unfortunately we will not cover the cost of return postage and cannot assume any responsibility for return packages that are lost, stolen, or mishandled, so please ensure you choose a tracked and signed for service to return your items and retain the tracking numbers for reference. We will refund your delivery cost if a product in the order is found to be faulty and you do not wish to receive a replacement. Otherwise, we do not refund delivery charges when orders are returned because the item is unwanted/unsuitable.

Damaged Items

If you happen to receive an item that you believe to have been damaged in transit please email us at designby.emmaturner@gmail.com. to inform us of the issue along with photos of the damaged item and the packaging in which it was received. This must be within 3 days of you receiving the item in order for us to follow this up with the courier.

Online Purchases

All products are subject to availability.

We will inform you by email if we are unable to fulfil your order. We reserve the right not to accept your order, for example in the event that we are unable to obtain payment authorisation; that the item ordered is out of stock. In the event that we make a change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
